CLUB MEMBERSHIP

| Membership Purpose |
|
The purpose of the club membership is to enable Wailea Tennis Club members to enjoy the use of tennis
facilities in accordance with the benefits described below.
|
| Membership Term |
|
All membership fees are for the period of January 1 through December 31.
All memberships expire on December 31.
|
| 2013 Membership Benefits |
|
Reserved daily court time of 1 ½ hours per day, (Additional daily court time based on availability.)
Reservations may be made up to 5 days in advance.
Use of ball machine, limited to One (1) hour per day
Member guest rates available during non-peak season.***
15% discount on all morning clinics
15% discount on all regular priced merchandise, sale items, beverages and snacks are excluded
15% discount on private and semi-private lessons. Additional 10% discount available for non-peak hours. **
20% discount off regular priced entrees at Joe's Bar & Grill****
20% discount off regular priced entrees at Gannon's****
20% discount off regular priced entrees at Manoli's*****
May join Powerhouse Gym at a discounted rate

| Membership Conditions |
Court use is limited to one court per membership at any given hour. Members may play in only one reserved court time per day.
Monthly payments are only available for annual memberships with a credit or debit card and will be processed by the 5th of each month.
Only individuals are eligible for membership (no corporate memberships allowed)
Annual membership fees will be prorated only for new members joining prior to 06/30/13, returning members will be charged the entire annual membership fee.
All membership fees are non-refundable.
Wailea Tennis Club may close all courts and facilities at any time for special events, tournaments or when conditions warrant.
Membership carries no proprietary interest in any Wailea tennis courts or facilities.
Wailea resort guests have additional reservation privileges.
Memberships are neither transferable nor assignable and are non refundable.
Interpretation of the rules, program and privileges will be vested solely in WGLLC.
Wailea Tennis Club reserves the right to suspend, revoke or terminate a membership for any action or conduct deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Family member are typically defined as a primary member, spouse and/or (2) dependent children ages 17 years old or younger.
Proper tennis attire must be worn at all times.
No animals allowed on premises.

| Family Tennis Membership |
|
Family tennis membership covers a maximum of four (4) family members, typically a primary member, spouse and two dependent children age 18 or younger.
Family member’s names must be specified on the accepted membership application form (available here and at the Pro-Shop).
Family tennis membership entitles the members to reserve court time five (5) days in advance, one-and-a-half (1½) hours
per operating day with no court fees for playing singles or doubles.

Couples Tennis Membership |
|
Couples tennis membership covers two (2) individuals that are married or domestic partners.
Each couples names must be specified on the accepted membership
application form (available here and at the Pro-Shop).
Couples tennis membership entitles the member to reserve court time five (5) days in advance, one-and-a-half (1½) hours
per operating day with no court fees for playing singles or doubles.

|
Individual junior tennis membership covers one (1) individual ages 18 or younger whose
name must be specified on the accepted membership application form (available here and at the Pro-Shop).
Individual junior tennis membership entitles the member to reserve court time five (5) days in advance, one-and-a-half (1½) hours
per operating day with no court fees for playing singles or doubles.

| Team Membership |
|
This membership only applies to players that are currently registered on a Wailea Tennis Club Sanctioned Team.
This is a 3 calendar month membership. There is no pro-rating of partial months.
