The high percentage passing shot is always down the line, not cross court. There is more court to hit in to going down the line than there is going cross court. Just like your dog is intense and focused on the ball that you are going to throw him/her. The way they follow the ball around -- that is the way you COVER THE NET!!

If you hit to the deuce side of your opponent's court, shift over to your ad side!!!

Let your opponent have the cross court passing shot. It is the low percentage shot. If they make it, just say "Good shot" and get on with it. It is hard for anybody to win by playing low percentage tennis.
